Employee Handbook?

Anyone who has employees hand out an employee handbook? This is something I am looking to possibly pull together for this season. Basically to cover our commission schedule, tardies, abesent days, etc...

I developed one a year ago to apply to the employees I have through a personnel (temp) agency. It covers their rules as well as ours, and also has a section on wage scale requirements. I can e-mail it to you if you want.

Employee Handbook

Greg,

I too had my handbook done by an outside service. I use PAYCHEX for payroll and use an upgraded plan which includes design of employee handbook(now required). They also provide all OSHA posters and documentation. Also included is human resource support for any employyee concerns. There are many other perks and services that they provide. If anyone is interested in more info just e-mail me eabrams@deckrestorationplus.com
Greg, I also sent you a copy of my handbook from my personal e-mail. I hope this helps you.

Greg,

I tried to send it to the deckguide address and it was returned from both my personal and business e-mail. I will try the other address later this morning when I get in the office.

Thanks guys, your examples enabled me to pull together a handbook that suits us rather easily. It's all printed up and ready to go to work
