cleaning pressure treated with bleach?

Whats the best way to clean pressure treated wood? A bleach and water mixture? It's never been stained, so does it still need to be brightned after I clean it?

Brian Keating is off the scale
In a 5 gallon bucket mix 3 gallons of bleach with 2 gallons of water. Add a splash of dawn dishwashing soap or spic n span. Spray it on and let it dwell for about 5 minutes. Powerwash with a maximum of 1000 psi. After the powerwash of back a rinse the deck 1-2 times. Follow up with a brightener while the deck is still wet. Rinse again.
