Top Poster of the Month Contest
Hey guys and gals!
We've seen some great topics and discussions coming on board over the last couple months and traffic to the site is been pretty good. However we have alot of "spectators" on board that I would like to encourage to participate by asking and or answering questions, posting tidbits of useable info, and overall just providing their perspective on things. We all see you lurking down at the bottom  and guess what... if your checked invisable I can still see ya (surprise!).Anyway I have pulled together DeckGuide's Top Poster of the Month Contest (arn't you excited!!). Each month starting in December your total posts (including new threads, replys, etc) will be combined to to give you a total post score. The individual with the highest score at the end of the month (12 midnight CST on the last day of the month) wins the prize for that month. What the prize you ask?? Well seeing as how I can't go buy you a new pressure washer... your getting hand me downs (I saw the smile on your face when I said that ). Business building books to be exact. I have accumulated alot of "business" oriented books over the years and once read they just take up space. So the winner each month gets his or her choice of the available prizes.Decembers Contest Prizes Consist of (the winner gets to choose one):
So.... yes - again I am bribing you to build an environment that can only help you build and grow your business (terrible isn't it). Now lets toss some fuel under those logs and start networking. I have 50 million ideas running through my head all of the time (ask my wife...she hates it) and I post many of them. Please take the time to give me your thoughts, ideas, pros, cons, pictures, experiences, or whatever. Wood care is bigger than this and it can all benefit us if we just participate and network with one another. For those of you who are very active on the board... BRAVO... keep it up and be an inspiration! Again the contest starts December 1st so start warming up today! Contest rules: Post must be of usefull content (not just a Hi!) and I am not eligable obviously. Everyone else is. Im also considering a Top Poster award for an end of the year total. Meaning we would total ALL of your posts from Dec 1, 02 to Dec 1, 03 and the top poster would win a prize. Give me your thoughts! Have Fun! Greg Rentschler |

1 More day until the start of the contest
You guys have been kicking butt on bringing your thoughts to the board! Let's keep it going......the best part is it's all quality content! As of the 30th at midnight your total posts (monthly) will reset and start counting them for December. Thanks and Happy Holidays Greg |

The contest started at 12:01 CST today....
I had a minor flaw in the reseting of the monthly posts but will have it worked out shortly. All posts since 12:01 this morning are counted however. Happy posting and may the best guy or gal win (is this truly a matter of who has the most time on their hands? kidding...)Greg |

LOL, I only have about 20 on this BBS, I do like what greg has done and is trying to do. This is a great BBS I like the colors TOO!!! I like the colors TOO!!!

I would like to donate a prize for top poster!
I love bbs contest, if your ok with a contest Brian. I would love to have a contest thread related maybe to PW and Wood.
Maybe a video contest, Please let me know. Any you guys have a wood prize idea? Sprayer, product ect.... you guys know what you use. let me know.
